Replacement of light post solar panels

Roofing project
We are working with Engel Asphalt to have asphalt seal coating completed. This work is dependent on weather.
Tree removal
A major 2026 accomplishment! All 13 buildings have new roofs.
Rollout of association website
Light post lighting has been malfunctioning for some time. New solar panels have been installed replacing the old units.
Asphalt Work
A small sinkhole was identified outside of the 1950 units. This was been repaired
Sinkhole repair
Several large trees and overhanging branches have been removed outside of Units 1941 and 1943. This work was needed to prevent any safety issues
Tree installation
A number of trees will be added along the south property line fall 2026. These have been already purchased. Osmann Landscaping will be doing the installation. The board will share the installation date once known.
