Scheduled for July, the board will be walking through the property identifying any tree concerns (overhangs, too close to buildings, size concerns. Watch here for further updates.
In the fall, a number of trees will be added along the trolley property line.
Tree removal
A major 2026 accomplishment! All 13 buildings have new roofs.
Rollout of association website
Light post lighting has been malfunctioning for some time. The board is working with an electrician to have the solar panels for these lights replaced. Anticipated completion: August 2026

A large pine outside of building 1941 was taken down. This tree was on the verge of damaging siding
